At Curry’s Post Carnivores, every order is packed with love and care to make sure your new plant babies arrive safe and healthy. Below you’ll find all the details you need to know about shipping, packaging, and collection options.
🚚 Shipping Rates
Flat Rate: R155 (Economy Option) – this includes wrapping, packaging, and courier.
Free Shipping: Orders over R1500 qualify automatically at checkout.
Delivery Time: Usually 2–3 working days, depending on your area.
📦 Packaging with Care
Your plants are precious, so each one is carefully wrapped in protective plastic and cushioned with cardboard to keep it snug and secure on its journey.
Each box is clearly marked with LIVE PLANTS and FRAGILE stickers.
⚠️ Please take care when unwrapping: use a sharp blade or scissors to cut through the tape first to avoid damaging your new plants.
🚛 Our Courier Partner
We ship exclusively with The Courier Guy. While their rates may be a touch higher than some alternatives, they’ve consistently proven reliable — and we trust them to get your plants to you in perfect condition.
If your plants arrive damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the parcel and plants so I can make it right.

⚠️ High-Risk Delivery Areas
Some areas in South Africa are flagged by The Courier Guy as High Risk (unsafe for couriers to travel). In these cases:
A surcharge may apply (over and above standard shipping).
You’ll be notified if your area falls into this category.
A separate invoice will be sent for the additional charge before dispatch.
If you’d prefer, we can arrange an alternative courier together.
🌱 Nursery Pickup
If you’re in the KZN Midlands, you’re welcome to collect your plants directly from the nursery.
You’ll have 30 days to collect your order.
During that time, I’ll guarantee the health and safety of your plants while they’re in my care.
After 30 days, uncollected orders will be considered abandoned and returned to the nursery. Refunds or exchanges won’t be offered, so please do collect your plants on time.
