WELCOME TO CURRY'S POST CARNIVORES!

Welcome to my little slice of green heaven. Tucked away in the heart of the beautiful KwaZulu-Natal Midlands, Curry’s Post Carnivores is a homegrown passion project – a hobby turned complete obsession – and one that I’m so excited to share with you.

Whether you’re just beginning, or you’ve been growing for years, I hope you’ll find something here that sparks your curiosity or adds a new gem to your Carnivorous or Airplant collections.

Need help or advice? I’ve put together some easy-to-follow Care Guide Pages filled with tips I’ve learned over the years. I’ve written them in a way I wish someone had explained things to me when I first started.

Have a peek at the Shop to see what’s currently available. Everything is grown with a lot of love and attention, and will not leave the nursery unless I am 100% happy with them. (Yes, I do sometimes talk to them :-p)

If you have questions, need some guidance, or just want to chat about weird and wonderful plants, please do not hesitate to say Hi. I’m always happy to hear from fellow enthusiasts.

Let’s grow something weird and wild together!

Thanks for stopping by!

Explore our beauties by clicking on the relevant categories above.

If you’re new to carnivorous plants click on the “Beginner Plants” category icon. I’ve gathered some of the easiest and most rewarding plants to start with.

For those with more experienced the “Collectors Plants” category is where you’ll find the crown jewels of the Carnivorous Plant World. Some of these plants are hard to find, while others are a bit more challenging to grow but are the must-have trophies in any serious collection.

The plants labelled PRIVATE COLLECTION come from my treasured, personal collection and are grown from splits or cuttings. The parent plants are many years old and the babies are only sold after the plant is well established, so quantities of these are very limited. You can find these gems in the “Collectors Plants” category as well.

All Airplants are available under the Shop by Category icon or the Airplant link on the menu above.
