So while carnivorous plants will always be an obsession for me, one cannot help but have favourites :-) For me, it’s the beauty of the Sudews that captivates my heart.

Those gorgeous shiny diamonds glisten in the sun, luring bugs to their deaths with the temptation of that sweet nectar, then suddenly, struggling to get free from that glue, they start getting digested. The effort that goes into the making of that dew every day, for me, makes those plants so much more enchanting…
